About Jan Nesbitt

Jan finds enchantment, wonder , and a poetic truth in images that she sees in the countryside around her ...........and it is these that she seeks to express in vibrant watercolour and line.

Having gained a BA Hons in Fine Art and Design at Bath Academy of Art, Corsham, Jan has painted continuously , including working as an illustrator for most of the main British book publishers for 20 years.

She has been commissioned by at least 30 different British Book Publishers

Now enthusiastically working as a Fine Artist, this is the work you see here.

All of the paintings are for sale unless marked. To order please Contact Jan, and she will usually deal with your requests personally.
All images are painted on Arches Watercolour Paper.
Shaped pictures include a liner to remove them from the glass.
